Features soft rubber foot pocket High-efficiency channel system flexible blade lightweight plastic construction, designed to deliver power with a minimal expenditure of energy. The rubber center section of the blades cup water in the downstroke to prevent blade wobble and side slippage. The energetic action of the blade and channel deep design allows for an easy relaxed swim stroke while delivering excellant power and control with minimum effort.
