They're neoprene boots. They go on your feet.

Honestly my recent purchases were based entirely on price- the cheaper the better! Fortunately every purchase that I have made with Divers Supply has been a good one and I good not be more pleased. These Edge boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable with my Cressi fins. Great job Divers Supply- keep up the good work!
