Personal Gear Required for Pool:

Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Boots, weight belt and lead weights are required.  Your lead weight should equal 10% of your individual body weight. If you weigh 180 pounds you should have a minimum of 18 pounds of lead weight.

SCUBA Equipment  provided as part of tuition:

BCD, Regulator , Tank, and Wetsuit  are provided for the pool session.

 Part3 Certification Dives- Pre-registration required,as space is limited!

Here is where the fun intensifies, when you actually conduct the open water certification dives. In the summer months, at  1 of 2 local dive quarries, you will conduct four exhilarating dives under the direct guidance and supervision of a PADI Scuba Instructor. In the winter months, it’s off to the 72° clear water of the Florida Springs.

Pre-registration required space is limited!

Certification Material Required:

SCUBA Equipment

BCD, Regulator system, Tank and Wetsuit are provided for the Open Water dives.

Open Water Certification trip to local dive quarry $175.00 (Plus OPTIONAL fee of  $50.00 to  join PDRA for a year. This gives a diver access to 3 training quarries 24/7 360 days a year....Call the shop for details)

 

Open Water Certification trip to the Florida Springs  $375.00 (Certification fee plus trip fee)
