I ordered a pair of Quattro's from this site a month ago, and Divers Supply report that Mares is not including them in the shipments. No explanation, nothing. Very disappointed.

Extraordinary Efficiency at a Great Price |

Pros: Strong power fin with great maneuverability

Review: The Mares Avanti Quattro is still the fin that most advanced divers compare efficiency to with new fins. I dove this fin years ago and was curious as to whether or not is still lived up to its reputation. I’m happy to report that it did so well for me that I bought a pair after the test. This is a power fin that works well in all diving conditions from strong currents to easy shallow reef dives. The very end of the fin flexs easily and provides good momentum for the easy shallow kick, however, when using a full kick motion the fin is stiff and strong offering lots of power. The center of fin (lengthwise) is designed to cup the water column and force the water off the end of the fin providing great forward propulsion with minimal effort. If you need an all around strong fin that’s especially highly maneuverable in tight places and provides great power in currents then I can highly recommend this fin. It has become my favorite.

Always wanted a pair! |

Started diving with another brand and after diving for a few years needed something with more power. I talked to the experts at Divers Supply and they recommended I give the quattro fins a try. Boy were they right I dont think I'll kick through these fins they are great for power and when you want to be lazy they handle that good also. So if anybody out there needs a good starter fin give me a call at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
