Long time customer due to outstanding service with Divers Supply. Purchased a Dacor Hunter Console with them 5 years ago and other than a battery change, it has performed perfectly. Purchased this Oceanic Veo computer as a simple backup and I have not been dissappointed. Offers all of the features of the more expensive models and is a perfect option if you do not need Nitrox ability. The swivel base makes viewing the optional rear mounted compass a snap. Great value!

Initial impressions |

Haven't had a lot of time on this computer, but from what I see initially I love it. Of course you could spend a lot more $$$ on a nicer computer that does more/is air integrated, but for the cost this thing is great.
It is very simple to use and also easy to read and understand. I like the way the unit is set up, where you easily have the ability to add a compass, or otherwise upgrade your console. The pressure gauge also features a thermometer, a nice bonus.
Once you figure out how to remove the console from the boot battery change is fairly simple. More details will come with more use.
