I would acutally rate this book at 3.5. The information is very relevant although some needs updated especially in the equipment section as well as expanded to give more indepth features of different types of Dive Computers, BCDs, Regulators/Octopus Set-Ups which can be done by explaining different equipment manufacturers equipment without endorsing them for sale. The scientific portion of the book is very enlightening and educational to understand Diving History, Theory, and Physiology. A good corresponding book along with this, for advanced diving is NOAA Diving for Science & Technology. Unbelievable Price from Divers Supply on This Book (5 Stars on That)
