Size Charts / Specs   Features The Search and Recovery Diver course requires two evenings and two days for Open Water training.  During the course you'll cover: Search and Recovery Dive planning Organization of Search teams and areas Search Methods and Procedures Techniques for Marking found objects Problems associated with searches and recoveries Equipment selection and consideration Limited visibility conditions and safety  Proper and safe line use and rigging Use of lift bags for safe object recovery Search and Recovery Diver Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver -or- PADI Open Water Diver, Junior Open Water Diver with an Underwater Navigation specialty or equivalent certification from another agency. Minimum 12 years of age. Navigation Certification and Peak Performance Buoyancy Certification are strongly suggested.
