very good quality
Very good quality but on the small side. My son is 6 1/2 but does not fit in the 4-6 model. My 4 year old is using it instead.

Great value if you can get past the shipping!
This wetsuit is bomb. It's definitely a great value for the price. This was the only wetsuit I found for a child that was 3mm. We needed it for swim lessons, his other wetsuit gives him blue lips. My only complaint is the shipping. It was going to cost $35 to ship to HI. I ordered it and had it sent to trusty Grandma in Florida who then put it in a medium flat rate box filled with all sorts of goodies and it only cost her $15. Even paying $9 to ship from GA to FL is ridiculous. USPS small flat rate boxes are $5 and this would of easily fit. I would love to suggest this wetsuit to all my Maui Mamma friends but not with such uneconomical shipping prices.

great for the price
My kids are 4 & 5, 40lbs each & 41" & 45". They both fit the 4-6 quite nicely. But despite being at the very bottom of the size range, there's no room to grow. I know wetsuits need to be snug (try explaining that to my kids!) but no way I'd trust these to comfortably fit a kid at the top of the size range.
That said, assuming you can pick the right size, these appear well made and I haven't found any other shorty that can touch the price!

Just want we needed!
Perfect wetsuit for the little ones. My son just turned 3 and is 28 lbs and 39" tall (tall and skinny), we ordered the size 3-4 and it fits great. So as another reviewer says you may want to go up a size as it seems like they run small. He can easily move about running, playing, summersaulting,...etc. The higher neck does not bother him at all. He seems much warmer, and his lips are not turning blue anymore. Reccomended! We will be back for another one next year!

Looks good, but sizes run small!
I ordered a size 4-6 for my son b/c his ht and weight fell right in the middle of the range listed on the size chart. I thought there'd be room to grow. But when the suit arrived, he couldn't even squeeze into it: it was too skinny to zip and too short as well. I'll be returning it for a size 6-8, even though he doesn't meet the criteria. However, I will say that the neoprene looks good & thick to keep him warm in the cold Pacific. Only time will tell how it holds up, but for $25, its still a bargain even if it only lasts a year.

Good swimsuit to keep my boys warm
I ordered 3 wet suits for my boys who used to complain the cold water during the swim lessons. After they worn the suits last time, all my boys said they loved the "diver suits" as they kept them warm and swam for another hour in the pool right after the swim lesson. I was so glad to see them playing and swimming in the pool without any complaints. Just a reminder that I think the sizes are well fitted for average kids. If your kids are above average, you may want to order a size up. I would highly recommend this wetsuit to keep your children warm in the pool.

Great buy
A nice wetsuit at an even better price. My son loves it. I even bought one in the next size up for future years. The sizing is accurate.

Fantastic
Can't beat this great deal. It's less than half the price of comparable suits. And, it keeps my 5yr old warm enough to continue her swim classes in an outdoor pool through the "winter" in Calif. I definitely recommend this item.
