Sea Me Float Surface Tube/Safty Sausage
I got 4 of these. Very happy with quality. Has manual inflator/deflator like on airlines. I think they are made of nylon impregmated vinyl. Heat sealed with double stitched black band on edges. Velcro closure strap with a plactic hook. Don't know what they show at the top in picture. It just rounds off. No attachment or dump valve. A great deal for the price. Got here in 6 days, which is great for USVI.
