Warranty Service
I want to let you know that I appreciate the extremely fast turn around of one of my student regulators that developed a leak. Not only was it done extremely fast but I received it in time to use on an upcoming dive trip. I am very pleased with all of the products, service and information provided by all of the Divers Supply employees. Thank you very much you certainly have made me a long time customer!

Treat Their Customers Right
I'm a new diver and have bought a few basic items online from Divers Supply. I have to say they have treated me very well so far and I will continue to purchase my dive gear from them. They are honest, correct their mistakes and do whatever is necessary to satisfy their customers. I ordered a pair of gloves and hood, the gloves were backordered, so I called and asked for an alternate. Today I got the package and they were the wrong gloves. I promptly called because I am diving out of town in 4 days and needed the gloves for that dive. They agreed to ship me the proper gloves today at no charge and let me keep the ones they sent that were wrong. Theres something to be said for quality service and Diver-Supply has it.

Fixed my problem quickly!
A mark of a good business is not if they have problems (because we all do) but how they deal with them. I will continue to shop with divers supply because they did a great job making things turn out right!

Emergent Excellence
There I was, returning from deployment, making port in Hawaii for the first time and I was without my equipment. I had work to do and knowing I would be stuck with rental equipment (or worse...) I used Divers-Supply to find what I wanted and order it to be available for my arrival. Alas! They were out of stock on the BC I wanted; the shipment would be delayed. So in frustration I suggested a substitute; Lo-and-Behold! Divers-Supply came through in a pinch. I got better than what I had intended, my new gear was waiting for me the very day I arrived on island; shiny, sweet and ready to use. In my excitation I had to use it that very day and did with great satisfaction. I can't stress this enough, you guys far exceeded my expectations and have earned my sincerest gratitude. I WILL be using Divers-supply in the future! Great job, Keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service!
I ordered my wetsuit on Mon & the warehouse was out of my size. The rep called one of the retail stores, who shipped it to me immediately. It arrived Thurs, but was marked at a lower price than I had paid. I called customer service & was immediately & pleasantly given a refund of the difference. I'll be back!

You guys are Awesome!!!!!
I called you on Tuesday to cancel the order that wasn’t shipped because I felt that the dive lights (the item that was back ordered) would not be here in time for my night dive (Friday). I don’t know who I talked to but all I can say is I am impressed! She found the item in a different store and had it shipped that day. I received the light yesterday……one day earlier then needed. You guys are Awesome!!!!!
