Scuba Gear Checklist
- Scuba Diving Wet Suit (for warm weather climates) & Scuba Diving Dry Suit (for cold weather climates)

- BCD (Buoyancy Control Device- holds your gear in place, lets you carry a tank with minimal effort, floats you at the surface and allows you to achieve neutral buoyancy at any depth. Look for one that fits snugly but doesn't squeeze you when inflated).

Scuba Equipment for Kids

All The Snorkeling Gear You Need

Dive Equipment For Cold Water Diving
Cold water diving calls for specialized dive equipment to keep your body insulated while you’re underwater. If you’re swimming in any temperature that is below 60 degrees Fahrenheit, you’ll want to use a dry suit, as opposed to a wet suit. A dry suit keeps you much warmer because it keeps your skin away from the cold water and the insulating quality of the suit tends to be consistent regardless of your depth.
You will also need dive equipment accessories to go with your dry suit. A dry suit is worn with a layer of undergarments. You can layer two undergarments – one piece to keep moisture from your body and one piece to help insulate you. Look for attached boots with your dry suit.
