|How much is my shipping?|
|Use our shipping estimator to calculate approximate shipping charges. Just add the items to your cart then on the top right of any page click on "My Cart" and use the SHIPPING ESTIMATE tool, fill in your information and click get a quote. The estimator will show you estimates for available shipping options based on the informatin you gave. During checkout actual shipping charges will be charged based on your entire shipping address.
|When will my order ship?|
|We ship daily Monday - Friday We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you for all instock items.
|Do you ship to APO/FPO?|
|Yes, Divers Supply is proud to support our military members. Simply choose United States for the country and then in State choose the Armed Forces category that is correct for your address.
|Do you ship to U.S. territories?|
|Yes, we do. For Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, U.S., please select United States for Country and then choose your territory under State.
|I received the wrong product.|

|How do I track my order?|
|Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order if you created an account or at the very bottom of any page click on the "Orders and Returns" link for guest checkout. You will also receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

|Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Look for the "Status" of the order or click "View Order" to locate the tracking number.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. |When will my backorder arrive?|
|Divers Supply strives to ship all Backordered items to customers as quickly as possible. If you need an item by a certain date pleae contact us so we can ensure that we can meet your needs. Many times it may be as simple as changing the color or upgrading to a different product. We will make every effort to fill your order. We do not charge additional shipping when we have to send multiple packages, you only pay the original shipping from your order. All items will ship as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
|Have an item to Return or Exchange?|
|You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card. Then, we give another 60 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.
You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws).
Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Form, package the items securely and include the form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|You only have to pay sales tax if you are shipping to a state that one of our Retail Locations are located which is Georgia, Florida & North Carolina.
|All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Divers Supply is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.
