When performance is your highest priority, LEG3ND is the answer. The LEG3ND shares the same breathing characteristics as the LEG3ND ELITE and LEG3ND MBS. The familiar venturi switch now features an updated and ergonomic design. Overmolded with “soft touch” elastomer, the ergonomically designed switch perfectly controls the venturi effect, either allowing or containing a natural free flow.​

To protect the components of Legend's First Stage from water damage and oxidation, an Auto Closure Device (ACD) has been implemented. If it is not connected to a cylinder valve, this mechanism will keep the inlet closed ensuring optimal safety.

Aqualung's LEG3ND regulator is designed to ensure exceptional cold-water performance, with three anti-freeze properties coming into play. An integrated dry chamber prevents moisture from reaching the inner components, while deep ribs provide a large surface area for heat exchange that reduces ice formation by up to 70% compared to previous models. The over-molded cap also delays icy buildups on external diaphragms and employs an auto-balanced system that adjusts breathing pressure according to depth so divers can rely on the optimum effort at all times!

The Legend second stage is designed for diving in strong currents with radial openings to prevent any free flows. A revolutionary new front cover opening creates a sideways flow of water, while the over-molded exhaust cover and air purge feature a "soft touch" effect that makes purging easier than ever before. For added comfort during dives, it also has an enlarged heat exchanger which helps reduce freezing danger as well as Comfobite mouthpiece technology to minimize jaw fatigue - all even more accessible with its detachable and reusable clamp system!
