Dive Rite Aircell Rec Wing

Designed to be worn with double tanks or singles, the Rec Wing is a versatile wing for those who wish to dive doubles or single tanks. Best suited for tall divers or divers who require more buoyancy at the waist, the Rec Wing employs a Gusset Control System (GCS) cord woven through tabs on the front face of the wing. When tightened, the cord limits lift capacity so the Rec Wing can be used with single, backmount tanks. When the GCS cord is loosened, the Rec Wing provides its full lift capacity of 45 pounds/20.4 kg* of lift and can accommodate two 95 ft3/15 L back mounted cylinders.

The Rec can be a single (BC2074) or dual bladder (BC2074-DUAL) wing. Its unique bladder design allows a single bladder Rec to be altered to become a dual bladder wing at a later date, if desired.

Loose or tight, the GCS cord helps the Rec Wing maintain a small profile for divers traversing in tight passages and the cord compression helps [continued] in dumping air. Tough, ballistic nylon outer bag protects the wing from tears and abrasion. The 15-mil urethane bladder is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant and resists the growth of microorganisms. Choice of 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), 16-inch or 12-inch elbow, or Ritesource integrated octo corrugated hose along with either 15-inch, 22-inch or 27-inch low pressure inflation hose. • Black outer bag is made of 1680 denier ballistic nylon; blue and red outer bags are made of 1,000 denier ballistic nylon, both fabrics resist tears and abrasion.
• Inner bladder constructed of thick, 15-mil polyether aromatic polyurethane is resistant to abrasion and chemicals, has excellent strength and will resist the growth of microorganisms.
• Urethane flanges are welded in place, which make it easy to switch out corrugated hoses and over pressurization valves without tools.
• Comes equipped with choice of 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), 16-inch or 12-inch elbow, or Ritesource integrated octo corrugated hose along with either 15-inch, 22-inch or 27-inch low pressure inflation hose.
