Introducing the Mares Dual 15X regulator - a lightweight, high-performance solution for divers seeking reliability and ease of use. Weighing just 6.4 oz. (182 g), The Dual second stage offers high air flow and an oversized purge button for effortless operation.
The 15X first stage features pre-oriented ports, an ACT valve ensuring safety and reliability, and a DFC system for top-notch performance at any depth. Compact and dependable, this first stage is built with a sandblasted chrome-plated marine brass and a balanced diaphragm design. This environmentally sealed design prevents contaminants like salt, sand, and chlorine from affecting the internal mechanism, ensuring optimal regulator performance.
The first stage is also equipped with Dynamic Flow Control (DFC), minimizing intermediate pressure drops and providing stable air flow even in extreme conditions. It comes with four 3/8" LP ports and two 7/16" HP ports for attachment of pressure gauges or air-integrated consoles.
The techno-polymer Mares Dual Second Stage has an oversized silicone purge button for easy use. Featuring patented Vortex Assisted Design (VAD), it allows for sensitive and effortless breathing at all depths. The compact exhaust tee ensures superior hydrodynamic performance and reduced exhalation resistance. The hypoallergenic silicone mouthpiece offers comfort and a secure fit, reducing jaw fatigue during long dives.
The Superflex hose, developed after extensive research, is lightweight, soft, and allows for maximum freedom of movement. The regulator comes with a 31.5" (80cm) Superflex hose, and the total weight is 38.3 oz. (1,085 g) with the hose. Nitrox-ready up to 40% oxygen, the Mares Dual 15X is an ideal regulator for divers seeking performance and reliability.
15X First Stage
The 15X first stage has one DFC port and pre-oriented ports, also making it suitable for octopus configuration. It is very compact with a sandblasted finish.
The DIN300 balanced membrane first stage weighs 606g. The INT version weighs 772g.
Dual second stage
The Dual second stage is made of ultra-lightweight technopolymer, which considerably reduces its weight (it weighs only 183 g). It has a pneumatically assisted (P.A.D.) design that ensures high airflow, equipped with a Superflex hose.
Ultralight Technopolymer
Abrasion-resistant and affordable, ideal for diving in warm and moderate water temperatures.
