Hi Jack, Yes the BC in this package comes complete with infiltrator and hose that connects to the regulator system for inflation underwater and on the surface.
Yes however we would need the Waist measurement and the Shoe size to determine this for sure. The smallest waist size would be 23 inch and the smallest shoe size would be a mens us size 5.

The scuba tank was wrapped really good received in great condition I actually will be using it next weekend only complaint was they didn’t ship it out for a week when I called the gal on the phone expedited it in three days I was appreciative thank you
