RENTAL TERMS: Divers are responsible for returning all rental items in a functional and clean state. Renters who have lost rental items or are returning damaged rental items will be charged a fee equal to the item replacement cost if lost or not repairable, or the repair cost as determined by the rental facility. Security Deposit / Cleaning Fee is required on all rentals. Returned gear must be clean and free of any evidence dirt, debris. Acceptance of cleanliness is at the discretion of the Divers Supply staff receiving the gear. Certification Card is required for all equipment rentals. Mouthpieces are NOT provided on any rental regulators. No credit is provided for loss of use, partial use, or return of rental gear early. Late fees will be charged at the daily rate for each day late.Divers are responsible for returning all rental items in a functional and clean state.
