How much is my shipping?
Use our shipping estimator to calculate approximate shipping charges. Just add the item(s) to your shopping cart and then view the cart.  Once you are viewing the shopping cart, scroll down and you will see the shipping estimator.  Just fill out the information in the SHIPPING ESTIMATE tool, and the estimator will show you approximate charges for all available shipping options based on the information you gave. Remember this is an estimate. During the checkout, actual shipping charges will be charged based on your entire shipping address.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping services operate every weekday, Monday - Friday. Items that are currently available will be shipped on the following business day.
Please remember that orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
If you choose Express Shipping and place your order before 2 p.m. EST, we'll ship out all in-stock items on the same day.
Also, we cannot partially ship orders not being sent to the 48 Continental States.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, Divers Supply is proud to support our military members. Simply choose United States for the country and then in State choose the Armed Forces category that is correct for your address.
Do you ship to U.S. territories?
Yes, we do. For Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, U.S., please select United States for Country and then choose your territory under State.
I received the wrong product.

How do I track my order?
Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Look for the "Status" of the order or click "View Order" to locate the tracking number.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to Cancel your order or make a Change to your order we ask that you call us at 1-800-999-3483, for international calls please dial 478-474-6790. Our mail-order division is open Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm EST If you are unable to call please email us at support@divers-supply.com Please note we try to respond to every email as soon as possible but it can take up to 48hrs for a response.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from the shipping carrier you selected as soon as the in stock items ships that will include the tracking number.  Just either click the link from that email or copy or paste the tracking number in the appropriate carriers website.  If you do not receive the email, just click the Live Chat or call us at (800) 999-3483 or (478) 474-6790 and an associate will be happy to help.
My order never arrived.

When will my backorder arrive?
Divers Supply strives to ship all Backordered items to customers as quickly as possible. If you need an item by a certain date pleae contact us so we can ensure that we can meet your needs. Many times it may be as simple as changing the color or upgrading to a different product. We will make every effort to fill your order. We do not charge additional shipping when we have to send multiple packages, you only pay the original shipping from your order. All items will ship as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box click "Forgot your User Name or Password?". Enter in your email address that you registered with and click next. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you need further assistance you can contact customer service at (800) 999-3483 (US) or (478) 474-6790 (International) or click the Live Chat. We cannot access your password but we can reset it for you.
Have an item to Return or Exchange?

You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your orignial payment method. Then, we give another 60 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.  Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.

If you are requesting an exchange, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges back to us, and we will pay the return-shipping fee back to you (only within Continental US).

You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws).

Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 60-120 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition as received. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. If items are returned after 60 days, or appear in used condition, they will be subject to a 15% or minimum $10 restocking fee. This is subject to change depending on the severity of damage/use to the item.  Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. All shipping discrepencies must be reported by the customer within 72 hours of receiving the package.

If A Customer Rejects A Shipment And Requests That It Be "Returned to Sender" He Or She Will Be Charged A Return Fee Equivalent To The Cost Of The "Return To Sender".

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are shipping to a state that one of our Retail Locations are located which is Georgia, Florida & North Carolina.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Orders are charged in full when they are placed.
What are my payment choices?

International Tax?
All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Divers Supply is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.
