Quick Policy Notes
- Items must be in original, undamaged packaging. If packaging is damaged, a
restocking fee will be charged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for Free Shipping, that shipping cost will be deducted from
your final refund.
- Report missing items within 72 hours of delivery.

What items are Non-Returnable?
For health and copyright reasons, we cannot accept:
- Used Snorkels, used or moldable mouthpieces, and ear plugs.
- Custom-measured suits (Wetsuits/Drysuits).
- Books, CDs, DVDs, thumb drives, and video tapes.
Who pays for shipping?
You cover the shipping back to us. If you
are doing an exchange, we pay the standard ground shipping to send the replacement item back to you
(Contiguous U.S. only). Please note: If you received free shipping on your original order,
that cost will be deducted from your refund.
