Tips & Tricks for Sizing, Donning & Care

Fin Pocket Sizing

• Account for 7mm Thickness: 7mm neoprene adds significant volume to your foot dimensions. When pairing these socks with full-foot fins, you will typically need a foot pocket that is 2 to 3 sizes larger than your bare foot size.

Donning Technique & Layering

• Roll the Cuff: Roll or fold the top half of the sock down toward the ankle before stepping inside. Once your heel is fully seated, unroll the cuff up your leg to avoid putting unnecessary tension on the ankle seams.

• Wetsuit Overlap: Always place your wetsuit leg over the outside of the dive sock cuff. This ensures water flushing down the suit flows over the exterior of the sock rather than dumping into your foot pocket.

Surface Use Caution

• These socks feature a printed anti-slip pattern, but they do not have rigid rubber outer soles. Avoid walking on asphalt, gravel, or sharp coral to prevent slicing or degrading the 7mm neoprene.

Washing & Storage

• Freshwater Flush: Wash inside and out with cool fresh water post-dive to clear out salt crystals and sweat.
