Great products!
The chrome plating adds that extra bling to the rig and the 110° provides enough bend to stream the hoses without links and sharp bends.
If you're a pseudo long hose guy like me, the hose wraps around your neck without creating additional strain on your jaw and the regulator.
They install easily and securely like a quality product should fit....5 stars!

Needed a 90 degree for my second stage. Diver supply was much less than 2 other local dive shops even with shipping. I try to support local but I need to stretch my $ to actually get to go dive.

Thank you for the great review

I got my sidemount certification earlier this summer and my hoses were in every direction with the two separate traditional 1st stages I was using at the time. After some discussion with my instructor in regards to the benefits of using swivel 1st stages for sidemount, I started doing my homework. I read reviews on many different brands of swivel 1st stages and talked to different divers who had different brands of swivel 1st stages. A close friend who I dive with quite often owns two Hog D1X DIN 1st stages and highly recommended them, so I bought two myself and am extremely happy with them. My hose angles are perfect and the price was right! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a swivel 1st stage!

I have Used Hog regulators for years without a problem. Regulators work well and are dependable.

New England diver: water is 40-50 degrees, all cold water diving. So far I've been down to 45ft and it's been great, planning some deeper dives coming up but I'm very confident in the 1st/2nd stage in terms of handling it

Dove with it in 45 degree water and had no issues with freezing. The swivel mechanism is very smooth.

Bought two to test, wow I couldn't believe how easy they breathe. I own two black Zenith which I use for tec, and now I'll pair them with the Classic 2.0's. My Scubapro A700 doesn't breath as easy, awesome job HOG!

By James Cox on December 11, 2017 Verified Buyer

This is a back up regulator for me, so that I don’t have to repair a regulator on trips. It appears to be made a ruggedly as a hog, but of course that means it is not the lightest 2nd state to pack. On the other had I have had a 2nd state break that had a relatively light impact. I can not speak to the breathability of the regulator, as it has not seen the water yet.

By Mars Thies on November 22, 2018 Verified Buyer

hogs breathe well easy to service and best value.

IVe dove these regs before and they are great bang for the buck. Breath easy and work well and an inexpensive price point. Just wish they would publish the data on them or include with the reg so my local dive shop could adjustments for me instead of having to ship them all the way to DS. Great product for a very good price.
