A Large for the Neosport Sports Skin is what I'd advise getting. The big would probably fit the best even if you have a waist for the medium and the height for the large.
Well it is a lycra skin. Offer basically no thermal protection at all. Most people use them just to keep the sun off of there backs while snorkeling or diving! I would not use it as an under garment!
A Medium or a Large would fit I would recomend the Large for your Height.

Used on 80+ dives in a month in 72 degree water. Great UV and environment protection. Resists abrasion. Easy to put on. Not made for thermal protection, but wear it underneath a wetsuit to make it easier to get on. I have an EDGE and I like the fit a little better. Rinses easy and dries fast. I would prefer some different color choices but very few companies make anything besides boring solid colors.

Thank you for carrying dive gear (wet suits, dive skins, etc.) in a variety of sizes. Not every outdoor enthusiast can be a EVO or surf sport clothing model!
