The Seawing Nova brags of having an articulated joint, which will propel you through the water with ease, speed, agility, and amazing comfort. What makes the Seawing Nova so amazing? First, it has variable blade geometry; second, it has an articulated joint. What is an articulated joint? Think about how a dolphin's tail moves as it swims; the natural structure of the tail bends as if it is on a hinge and provides the dolphin with remarkable power. The same science was applied during the development of the Seawing Nova. The variable blade geometry brings us back to the dolphin. As a dolphin's tail moves upward, the tips bend down a bit to make it more streamlined.

The Seawing Nova fins are made using high-tech Elastomer Monoprene construction, which means they are stronger and more flexible than you'll ever need them to be. Variable pivot control ribs ensure that the most efficient angle of attack is maintained across all strengths of kick. An added bonus to the Seawing Nova fins is the bungee heel strap. This design frees you from fumbling with heel strap clasps (a true pain for people wearing thick dive gloves and nearly impossible for those wearing dive mitts) and the annoying task of cinching down your heel straps. Kicking Technique: The Seawing Nova excels with smooth, steady flutter kicks originating from the hips rather than rapid ankle flicks. It also handles frog kicking, reverse positioning, and small directional maneuvers smoothly.
Boot Pocket Sizing: Size the open-heel foot pocket with the exact dive boots you intend to wear (such as 3mm Delta Short or 5mm Delta Long boots). The bungee strap provides constant tension, so a snug boot fit prevents foot roll inside the pocket.

I'm currently diving with scubapro twinjet fins that have an extra large foot pocket, ( open heel ) I've heard the NOVA fins have a slightly different sized foot pocket so what would be the correct fin size or pocket for open heel fins, for an equivalent size to my current fins ?
