The picture is confusing. Does the yellow blunt tip knife come with a fabric sheath, and the black sharp tip knife come with the plastic sheath?

Hi Carol, the nylon sheath is not showing under the style because we are out and we be out of them for a undetermined time, so currently they only come with a plastic sheath.

Does the sheath directly attach to lash tabs without additional webbing/equipment?

Thank you for the question! The Sea Elite Voyager Knife comes with a plastic sheath and it does lock into place. It can also be mounted.
