The Aqua Lung 5.5mm Men's Wave Jumpsuit is a highly durable, high-density neoprene wetsuit engineered to provide robust thermal protection for moderate-to-cold water diving. Part of Aqua Lung’s versatile "Wave" modular system, this suit is designed to withstand the rigors of frequent use—making it a favorite for active recreational divers, dive resorts, and rental fleets alike.

Eco-Friendly, High-Density Neoprene: Crafted from robust 5.5mm high-density, petroleum-free neoprene. This specialized material offers excellent compression resistance at depth, ensuring the suit retains its thickness and insulating properties even on deep dives.

Double-Glued & Blind-Stitched Seams: All panels are joined using a two-thread blind-stitching process and are double-glued to minimize water transition. To enhance structural longevity, small reinforcement patches seal all internal seam junctions.

Water-Blocking Ring Seals: Features integrated ring seals on both the wrists and ankles. These seals grip the skin snugly to dramatically reduce water flushing, keeping warm, body-heated water locked inside the suit.

Ankle & Back Zippers: Designed for hassle-free prep, the suit is outfitted with ankle zippers to easily slide the thick 5.5mm neoprene over your feet. The back-entry system utilizes a durable, heavy-duty zipper with a metal slider for reliable performance.

Toughened Supratex Knee Panels: Outfitted with highly flexible yet exceptionally durable Supratex knee pads to protect high-wear areas from abrasions, boat decks, and rocky entries.

Rental-Friendly Details: Features clear, color-coded size markings on both the interior and exterior of the suit, along with a dedicated white personal identification panel along the zipper line to easily organize and identify your gear.

Primary Applications

Moderate-to-Cold Water Diving: Optimized for water temperatures ranging from 55° F to 70° F (13° C to 21° C)

Modular Layering: Can be paired with an optional Aqua Lung step-in over-jacket or hood for colder environments, or worn on its own for standard temperate-water excursions.
