The Aqua Lung Women's 8/7mm Solaflex Hooded Wetsuit is Aqua Lung's premier cold-water semi-dry wetsuit, specifically cut to fit the female form.
Engineered for extreme thermal insulation, it combines an 8mm neoprene torso with 7mm limbs, an integrated hood, and advanced water-barrier technology to deliver drysuit-like warmth without the bulk or complexity.
The fans of the SolaFx will not be disappointed by the new Solaflex.
The Solaflex remains Aqualung's most advanced wetsuit by keeping the previous unique features and fit and by improving the warmth.
In addition to its 8mm torso and 7mm arms and legs, this new updated version incorporates a fleece liner to provide extra warmth.
As with all Aqualung's wetsuits, it has environmentally-friendly features, such as non-P.A.H. (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) neoprene.
Unique designs are specially tailored for men and women.
The SolaFlex is Aqualung's most advanced women's wetsuit, designed for serious diving in cold-water conditions. Inspired by their military and professional wetsuits, enjoy unrestrained movement in their custom AquaFlex neoprene, even at 8mm thick in the torso and 7mm in the legs and arms. Integrated hood and internal arm and leg cuffs add extra warmth and stretch.

No Restrictive Edge Tape
Because traditional edge tape at the ankles and wrists kills the stretch on most wetsuits, Aqualung removed it. But instead of leaving the edge raw, they've fused it with their unique X-Tend cuff finish that preserves the stretch and has a polished look that is also extremely durable
Sculpted Silhouette
Sleeves and legs are cut to mirror a gentle, natural flexion in the elbows and knees. This reduces bunching material at the joints, helping you move more effortlessly and comfortably
Powertex Kneepads

Non-Snag Material

Upper-Body Water Dam
The neck and shoulders are protected by an additional layer of material that covers the zipper to minimize water exchange
No-Slip Shoulders and Back Pad
Silicone pads on the shoulders keep your BCD shoulder straps in place and minimize wear from abrasion in that area. The back pad helps keep the suit tight so that water does not enter at the back of your neck
Specialized Seals
"Skin-In" gasket seals in the forearms and calves minimize water entry through the sleeves and legs

Targeted Thermal Thickness (8/7mm): Features an 8mm super-stretch neoprene core for maximum heat retention around vital organs, paired with 7mm neoprene across the arms and legs for unhindered flexibility and mobility underwater.
Integrated Hood with G2 Vent Technology: Outfitted with an attached hood that completely eliminates neck flushing. Features integrated G2 valve technology to let trapped air escape without letting cold water seep in.
Across-the-Chest Zipper & Internal Water Dam: Built with a drysuit-style horizontal chest zipper backed by an internal neoprene shoulder dam. This dual layer acts as a tight barrier against water entry, drastically reducing flushing.
Liquid Fusion Seam Technology: Seams are triple-glued, blind-stitched (GBS), and coated with a liquid rubber seam seal to eliminate water seepage through the stitching and provide long-lasting durability.
