Designed to be low volume, this maskhas tempered glass along with having a silicone double feathered edge skirt shich is soft, comfortable as well as hypoallergenic making it suitable for a wide range of faces. Commonly used for Pool, Recreation, snorkelling, etc, these masks are favored by many, ranging from beginner to casual to the occasional divers among others. Known to increase the field of vision by thirty degress more than the usual traditional masks, it has become popular due to a number of reasons - quality of the lens, soft and comfortable, snug fit, to name a few.

The soft, full silicone skirt incorporates a second lip on the inside of the skirt which increases the sealing surface that makes contact with the skin, helping to prevent water from entering the mask. The Cressi Big Eyes introduced a number of new ideas to divers including inverted drop shape lenses and raked frame and skirt. These two design features help to massively improve the all round field of vision by up to 30%.  The inverted drop shape improves lower visibility, allowing divers and snorkellers to look down to check kit or points of interest without the need to tilt the head. The improved is increased further by pre-tilting the mask so that it is anglesd inwards towards the bottom of the mask. The added benefit of this is that this design also helps to reduce the internal volume of the mask.
