Includes a front neckdam with revolutionary G-Lock horizontal front zipper for easy on/off and a tight barrier against water intrusion. Arms and legs are also sealed against leaks with an internal dam. All seams are double glued and butt joined with a blind stitch construction which is all covered by a unique liquid seam. Fitted with generous tech-friendly pockets on both the left and right thigh and comes in 9 different sizes.

How it Works: A regular wetsuit lets water enter, traps it, and uses your body heat to warm that thin layer of water. A semi-dry suit takes a different approach: it minimizes water entry almost entirely. While you will still get slightly damp inside, there is no constant rush of cold water flushing through the suit.
Key Features: Advanced Seals: They feature thick, skin-to-skin neoprene seals (often called "glideskin") around the neck, wrists, and ankles to block water from seeping in.
Watertight Zippers: Instead of a standard plastic zipper, semi-dry suits use heavy-duty, waterproof or water-resistant zippers (often running horizontally across the chest or shoulders), similar to those found on true drysuits.
Thicker Neoprene: They are typically made of 7mm to 8mm thick neoprene to provide maximum thermal insulation.

As I said, GREAT customer service and process. I ordered a Hollis Semi Dry suit. It's the full meal deal for cold water. If I like it, and I am pretty sure I will, I will also order the other one for warmer water. GREAT compromise between getting both new wet AND dry suits. I can't speak highly enough for their customer service divers.

This is a great suit. One of my buddies has one and loves it. However sizing is tricky. I am 6 feet tall and 170 lbs and I needed an XXL. I could not get a large up to my shoulders. Divers Supply handled my return flawlessly. I am Very satisfied.
