This neoprene top is not meant to be worn in those water temperatures.
We use this here in the pool when it is chilly.
It does but really depends on the level of chlorinated water. We have swim instructors that use these in our pool and because we teach to the public the state mandates a high Chlorine level and after time these do fade and become unusable. I would say they get about 6 months to a year use depending on how much they are in the pool.
