It was a slow transaction this time. Could have been because of all the storms. This will not stop me from doing business again you are a awesome shop... |

US Navy Systems Engineer
Today, 21 March, 2018 I had the pleasure and opportunity to chat with Heather. I have never been giving the attention that Heather provided to me on our chat. I literally bombarded her with questions and she was not only happy to answer them, but demonstrated incredible patience and answered them with accuracy and even gave me some recommendations. This is customer service at its best. Why she has a 4.8 is beyond me. If I could change that to a 10 I would. Heather, thank you for all of your help. You've left me impressed with your ways, knowledge and patience. Happy diving and be safe. Have a great rest of the day! |
