There was only be set left online when I
purchased and I had 3 plus months before I needed them so I took the chance knowing there might be a delay. There was a 2 plus month delay!
I would have rated 4 stars because of the delay but customer service was
outstanding , local and spoke fluent
English. They always took the time to call Tusa and answer my question!

Local Stores Do Not Stock Brand-specific Straps
I bought online because local stores that stock Cressi fins do not actually have the straps. Indeed, keen as they were to sell me a spring replacement, which I did not really want when a wear part for my existing fins will do just fine. Online assistance was helpful for double-checking the plugs for my thermo valves from the set of doubles I am breaking down into singles. The help also provided a substitute strap for the Cressi Pacifico mask I purchased here for my save-a-dive kit. |

I believe it was the Macon store I called. Lacey answered the phone both times. I had done 20 hours of research online and narrowed it down to Hydros Pro. She suggested the Dive Rite as an option also. Since I live hours from any Dive Shop she offered to measure the back plate on the Hydros as I'm short waisted. Lacey even tried it on herself. She switched her reccomendation after that and listening to my needs which are warm weather vacation travel only. That's the sign of a GREAT customer service....listening and making a reccomendation on my needs. Thank you Lacey! |
