Love The Bcd
I was at Divers Supply in Jacksonville, and just browsing bcd’s. I was happy with my bcd until Bob showed me Apex. I fell in love. Due to multiple ankle surgeries I was looking for a way to reduce some weight. While maintaining the comfort of the jacket style but the freedom of a backpack. This is the perfect compromise. Absolutely love this bcd. Try it. You will love it. |

Made the hour long trip up to Divers Supply to have my reg serviced at the Jacksonville branch. I called before I left to make sure they would be able to do the service. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks and not a problem. Upon my arrival at the shop, I was then told it would be over 5 weeks before the work would be completed. This didn't work for me because my trip was in 4 1/2 weeks. To say that I wasn't happy was accurate! Please do not misrepresent yourselves. This was a complete waste of time and gas! On my way home I was able to find another shop that would service the reg in the normal 2-3 weeks. I'm a repeat customer at DS and have, had positive and informative experiences when purchasing gear and supplies. However, I would not recommend there service. |

Open Water Course
I have always eanted to learn to scuba dive. Life has always been in the way. Now, I am taking that......leap. i have wieghed bwtween SDI, and PADI. I see benefits to both, but overall, some.agree SDI is the better program with more rounded technical options (so I've read on the internet). Maybe one day Ill cross over for a peep. For now, I like what I see and that is why I chose an SDI course, and of course, Divers Supply has solid reviews. Top rated for Jacksonville, Fl. |

Great Place For Learning Scuba In Atlanta
Great place for scuba. We had our 12-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy get scuba certified there. They are both now Junior Open Water Divers. Our instructor was Willie Sanders. He was phenomenal—very thoughtful, but at the same time, he explained everything at the kids' level. He took all the time in the world and was very patient. We shopped around at a few scuba places, and I am so glad we chose this one. Also, both my wife and I jumped in for the pool part (it was a free refresher course for us). After kids did open water referral dive, they got their scuba certification cards. This place is better than any other in the metro Atlanta area. highly highly recommend!!!! |
