Thank You Divers Supply
I'd like to thank Divers Supply for using UPS as their shipper. For the last three years(at least) Fedex has been an absolute horror show. If I even do recieve a package, its days late. UPS ALWAYS on time and FAST. In fact, I will no longer order from a company who uses Fedex! |

Great Buying Experience
Had to exchange my first purchase...stuff happens. The Divers Supply rep sent me a return shipping label while we were still on the phone. They handled the situation professionally and quickly. Had my replacement within a week. Second high-dollar purchase I've made from them. Always impressed by Divers Supply customer service. |

Large Selection
I really wanted to buy locally, but my local shop was being a little deceiving regarding the Aqualung Black Friday sale. I knew he was, but didn't say anything(yet). It's okay, because I know that stores true color now. No BS with Divers Supply. Thank you for answering several of my questions via email, messages here and on YouTube with Bob. I only wish I were closer to one of your shops. |

Over the years, I have stopped at your Macon location many times and made purchases often. I also used your former locations in Gainesville and near Key Largo. I have always been pleased with the products I've gotten from you. |

Not Happy!
I ordered what I read to be a plus size wet suit. When I got it the tag say skin and can be worn under swim suit. I opted to send it back. However I don't have original packing so this is turning into a huge mess. I will never buy anything from this company. Your item is miss labeled and I have to jump through hoops for YOUR error in description. It's a $50 loss lesson learned future buyers beware! |

I needed parts to refurbish me 35-year old speargun. I had to call to verify what I needed to buy. The knowledge of the service rep I spoke with was exceptional. He was exactly who I needed to speak with. It only took about 3 minutes even with some of my storytellin. |
