UPS delivered my tank with severe gashes unit. I called and talked to Chris, he immediately took care of problem, sent out a new tank and had the damaged one picked up. |

Weak Web Site Design
I recently ordered a pair of rod holders for my boat. The photo used to display the product shows it as white color but the item is actually black. Admittedly the description includes the word black Roll Control Rod Holder Straight Black but I think the single word is easily missed and the company should include accurate pictures or their products like all other reasonably sophisticated websites do, e.g. Amazon and Divers Direct. I was required to pay the shipping for my return so I'm out $14.33 and nothing to show for it other than this story. I purchased the product elsewhere which displayed an accurate picture of the product. Lesson learned...be extra careful when ordering from Divers Supply and don't rely on their pictured products. |

Great Service!!! #1 Online Diving Store
I am a new diver, so I was looking to purchase new equipment for my diving. I am so happy I spoke with Glenna today, one of the customer service reps. She was so patient and kind while assisting me over the phone for over an hour. I went over my budget a bit, but I wanted to get a travel bag for my gear because I want to protect my diving gear as much as possible. Thank you divers supply for providing exceptional customer service. I am beyond happy with the service I received. |
