Great Outcome
Bought 2 dive computers for a trip coming up in just over a week. Well ends up they were out of stock, but was told that they could have them resupplied and still delivered in time. Called the Tuesday before we leave because they are still showing as out of stock. I was told only one came in. I chose to cancel the order. About an hour later they called and said they both came in and they would send them express so they would arrive in time, and at no additional charge to me. The computers arrived Thursday. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this work. |

I found some fins on sale on Divers Supply but when I went to order them it stated that they were back ordered. I contacted customer service and they assured me that they would be getting the product in even though the fins were listed as discontinued. A few days later my product shipped. When I received the fins it turns out that they sent me the new model instead of the discontinued old model that was no longer available. They did that at the original sales price. You can't beat customer service like that. I can't even get customer service like that in my local dive shop. I ended up with an awesome upgrade at a huge savings. Thank you Diver Supply. You'll definitely get more business from me. I'm already telling my dive buddies about you. |

Ordered my hog buoyancy rig today. Made a 5 min phone call with Jerry, the guy says gimme 20 or 25 mins and call back. I did. Its done ! Got an entire gambit of kit from the macon shop in less than an hr ! The price was several hundred less than what I expected and I upgraded a lot of add ons. I tried 3 times to give Jerry a nice tip and the dude was adamant with his no thnx man. Outstanding experience. Thanks to Bob for selling me on the YouTube channel ! Divers supply FTW ! |

As a new diver, I was looking for a starter package and my SSI training said to be familiar with your gear. I watched videos, which Diver Supply placed on You-Tube, and chose the HOG Pro Travel Package. I received a call from Diver Supply, about my order, and their representative Jerry explained I had chosen a metric system gauge and a piston regulator. He was calling to confirm my order. I could not thank him enough, for catching my mistake. He up graded me to a Diaphragm Regulator and changed my gauge to PSI. It is nice to know the individuals at Diver Supply, look out for us newbies to the sport. The price was right, my order is perfect, and the customer service was amazing. Can not recommend Diver Supply enough!!! Even with the changes, my dive package arrived 3 days later; will be a customer for life. |
