After reading all of the positive reviews on this website I felt confident ordering a SEAC Propulsion S package with mask/fins/snorkel/boots from Divers Supply. The package was on sale, and the price was appealing. My enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the poor customer service after the purchase. While they quickly charged my bank account for payment, I received an email telling me the items were out of stock and back ordered. That information should have been conveyed to me when I made the order. Six days later I received a notice that the order had shipped. When I received the order the mask was missing, and the invoice stated it was out of stock and would ship when received. No estimate of when that might be. Again, no notification from the company about this issue. And when I check my order status on the website it says Complete and shows no pending items. If this is what you call good customer service, you can keep it. There are many other places I can spend my dollars. |

UPDATED REVIEW.....TOP NOTCH GEAR!
I have to say after 20 dives the BC has performed flawlessly! It is top notch quality! I have the 60 pound wing as I dive dark water rivers and have to dive heavy to stay down in the current. I have been diving 133 steel tanks on this unit and they are very secure on it. I had a Scuba Pro air 2 5thn installed on this BC by the guys at Divers supply and it is a dream to dive with!
