Read Returns/exchange Policy
A month ago I ordered a new mask, snorkel, and, and bag for an upcoming trip. Shame on me for not reading the return policy because I didn’t keep the packaging it came in preventing me from returning ALL of it. The mask didn’t fit properly, the snorkel design is terrible (float valve kept closing just from inhaling), and the zipper on the bag broke during the trip. My recommendation would be to buy local to try things on to make sure it fits. If you HAVE buy from divers-supply make sure you keep the original packaging. Won’t buy from here again and will be certain to pass the word along on all socials to my fiver friends to avoid. Expensive lesson nonetheless. |
