The Best Of The Best
First things first, I bought this to dive freshwater out of season. The approaching Autumn weather and that thermocline start to limit your bottom time, and I don't want to deal with a drysuit. That being said, this thing is a tank. It's warm, surprisingly comfortable, and quite useful with those cargo pockets. If you're not diving *cold*, get used to flushing at the chin or chest zipper, because it'll get HOT. If you're not overly flexible, ask a dive buddy for assistance with the hood, since it tends to fold straight back. The only con in the design is that if you've got longer hair, you pull it all forward with the hood and have to adjust that. Regardless, this thing is a 5/5 across the board, messy hair and all. |

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service
I had problems with the fit of my new BCD, and I have to say that Diver's Supply's support deserves 6 stars out of 5. They answered all of my questions and helped me switch out the corset portion of my Zeagle Zena for a smaller size when the first one was too large. That exchange was super easy. Then when I still couldn't get the fit right, they helped me process a return, and once they received it, they refunded me exceptionally promptly. I really loved the idea of the Zena but I'm just not built ideally for it, I think, but now I can work on finding something that fits me securely.
Diver's Supply will definitely be my first choice for all scuba gear going forward, because now I know firsthand that I can depend on them if I have any issues. If you get the chance, definitely stop by their store in Macon, where you can shop in person! |

Backordered Item, Broken Snorkel, No Response From Support
Ordered a mask and snorkel set as a birthday gift and paid for 3-day shipping since I was working with a tight timeline. The items were on backorder — something not clearly communicated at checkout — and arrived over a week after the birthday. The shipping charge was not refunded despite the delay. When the package did arrive, the snorkel top was broken. I sent a photo and contacted support to initiate a return. That was over a week ago and I've received no response. The mask itself looks fine. I want to support non-Amazon retailers, which is why I'm leaving this review rather than just disputing the charge — but this experience needs improvement on communication, inventory transparency, and customer service follow-through. |

I ordered, first time from Divers Supply. I get my package and notice it is short shipped missing an Item. Why bother short shipping my box? I'm going diving, I need the product I ordered. If Divers Supply wants to keep a solid reputation they should treat customer with respect and inform them a product or piece is missing PRIOR to order execution. Be forewarned fellow divers. Maybe you should call them and ask them If they have the products and pieces in Stock. Unbelievable you would treat any customer let alone a new customer in this fashion. |
