Divers there is no substitute for the selection, customer service and professionalism of this company. I learned my lesson big time. I have been dealing with divers supply for many years. I impatiently did an order on Amazon not wanting to wait for the sales office at divers supply to open the next day for some Scubapro technical shorts (large pockets) prior to my Indonesia live board trip that I needed to carry items for other divers needing assistance. In short, Amazon lost a package four days before my trip and could not get a replacement to me in time for my trip. I called Diver Supply out of desperation to try to obtain these before my trip Knowing it to be an impossibility. Tammie calmly assured me that she would hand walk the shorts in their inventory to the shipping department and personally put them next day air early delivery with UPS. I placed the order on Friday. The shorts arrived on Saturday and they are in my bag to go with me to Indonesia on Monday!!!! Great job Tammie and Divers Supply. Exactly What I Was Looking For…I Love It
I could not be more pleased with the experience that I had while dealing with the folks who work for Divers Supply. My first contact with Divers Supply was several months ago after I realized that those tiny bubbles should not be coming out of my dive computer HP hose and I needed to replace said hose!…..DUH!! I contacted Divers Supply and spoke to Ryan, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, told me that he had my hose in stock and gave me all the info I needed. Being the procrastinator that I am, and knowing that I had no dive trips for another six months, I did what I do best….I put off ordering the hose for the time being. Finally, on Oct 15th, I decided to get off my keester and get my order in. I again called Divers Supply, and talked to Nick, who tracked down the replacement hose and took care of my order. Nick was also very, very helpful and knowledgeable, giving me info regarding changing and hooking up the new hose. The hose arrived in a timely manner, was exactly what I needed and was a piece of cake to replace.
I am extremely pleased with my experience with Divers Supply and very impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff (Ryan and Nick). I will certainly go directly to Divers Supply for any future diving equipment needs!
